4. Legal basis and purpose of processing personal data
The basis for processing personal data is the maintenance of customer relationships.
5. Data content of register
The register may contain the following information about customers:
Customer’s basic information: first name, surname, email address, phone number, company.

Information to be saved in the register is obtained from customers through messages sent with a www form.
7. Storing time of data
We store data only for as long as it is necessary for the implementation of the personal data purposes defined above, in accordance with the legislation valid at that time.
8. Regular disclosing of information and data transfers outside the EU or EEA
Information is not regularly disclosed to other parties. Information may be published to the extent agreed with the customer. As a rule, we do not transfer customer information outside the EU or EEA.
9. Register protection principles
The register is processed carefully and the information processed with data systems is protected appropriately. When register information is stored in Internet servers, their equipment’s physical and digital data security is managed appropriately. The controller ensures that saved information and server access and other information critical for the security of personal data are processed confidentially and only by those employees whose duty it is.
10. Right of access and right to demand corrections
Every individual in the register has the right to access their information saved in the register and demand that the possible incorrect or incomplete information be corrected.
If the person wants to review the information saved about them or demand that the information be corrected, the written and signed request must be sent to the address: Bet-ker Oy, PO Box 13, 84101 Ylivieska or by email to the address email@example.com. When necessary, the controller may ask the requesting body to prove their identity. The controller replies to the customer within the time provided in the EU’s data protection regulation (usually within a month).
A data subject has the right to request that the information concerning them be removed from the register (“the right to be forgotten”). Similarly, a data subject has other rights pursuant to the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation, such as limiting the processing of personal data in certain situations.
